Menus stay open if you tap the workspace (touch-specific bug)
Menus, e.g. top bar help/settings/login and the download "..." menu stay open if you tap the workspace on a touch device. They correctly close for mouse clicks.
Although it does work if you tap the icon or the header/bottom bar, empty space on the workspace seems the most natural place to tap to dismiss these menus.
@tracygardner reproduced this on Windows with a touchscreen and on Android device. It also reproduces in Chrome dev tools when using touch device emulation.
Affects beta and live.
Speculation: Perhaps Blockly is stopping something from propagating unexpectedly?
Clicking on the settings a again dismisses it. Not a regression. @riknoll do you want to take a stab at it? It is ok to postpone as well.
