Tutorial hints stay open when changing steps in blocks tutorials

If you open a hint in a tutorial and then go to the next step, the hint remains open, giving users the "answer" for the next thing to do. We want to make sure that hints get closed when a user goes to the next step.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Got to beta
2. Select a longer tutorial, an example is Love Meter
3. Open the hint on the step
4. Go to the next step
5. See that the hint is still open
