Describe the bug On Start blocks was deleted automatically after clicking Blocks in Edit Settings As text page

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to MakeCode Teacher Tool (microbit.org) 2.Create or open a project with 'On Start' block. 3.Open Project Settings under More menu. 4.Click Edit Settings As text. 5.Click the Block and observe.

Actual behavior: The On Start block was deleted automatically.

Expected behavior: No blocks will be deleted.
