Describe the bug 'First Lessons': Missing 'First Lessons' of Course section in some languages

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to MakeCode Teacher Tool (microbit.org) 2.Switch language to Chinese (Tranditional). 3.Move to Course section. 4.Observe the first card and compare with the English home page.

Actual behavior: Missing First Lessons of Course section in some languages.

Expected behavior: No project is missing when switch language.

This bug reproduced in below languages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Catalan, Czech, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italiano, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Norwegian Nynorsk, Russian, Slovak, Serbian, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional)

@abchatra - It appears that ./docs/courses.md has not uploaded to Crowdin since https://github.com/microsoft/pxt-microbit/pull/5054. So, the "First Lessons" card is missing. This will resolve after the yearly release?
