Extension Gallery "Categories" buttons' anchors point to old page location

Describe the bug The Categories buttons open the old location of the gallery file: e.g https://makecode.microbit.org/extensions#display

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://makecode.microbit.org/extensions/extension-gallery'
2. Click on Display under Categories
3. See error

Expected behavior The buttons under Categories open the category anchor in the extension-gallery file.
