Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta 2.Set High Contrast On. 3.Choose some tutorials and observe.

Actual behavior: There is underline of Show Instructions in some tutorials.

Expected behavior: No underline of Show Instructions.
