Improve Tutorial Authoring

Create an easier tutorial authoring experience and process for 3rd parties.

  • [ ] Add example markdown files to Tutorial Tool (https://makecode.com/tutorial-tool)
  • [ ] Support GitHub integration (publish tutorials to repo) in Tutorial Tool
  • [ ] Support Identity in Tutorial Tool (separate "My Tutorials" list view?)
  • [ ] Turn the Tutorial Tool into a proper React app

I'd like to test this once the work is in progress, but I'm not quite sure how /beta URLS interact with URLs like https://makecode.com/tutorial-tool ? Do I need to run locally to test this?

@jaustin I'll probably be moving this to a new URL (e.g. makecode.microbit.org/--tutorial-tool) which will work with beta!

I haven't set anything up yet, though. will post when I have
