Cannot use bluetooth download on web browser

Describe the bug download via Bluetooth experiment feature does not work on V2 board To Reproduce On PC, go to makecode's cog > about > enable bluetooth download > pair PC with V2 board > download still ask for USB wire connection, no option for bluetooth download

Expected behavior You should be able to download code to microbit board via bluetooth

**micro:bit version : V2.1

• Browser [edge 118] (also tried lastest chrome)

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: [SS S20 ultra]
• OS: [android 13]
• Browser [newest edge/chrome]
