Describe the bug Share project: Prompt doesn't highlight when offline

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Download Microbit offline app: https://makecode.com/api/release/microbit/v5.0.9/win64 2.Open the Microbit offline app and disconnect the internet 3.Create a new project 4.Share project----->Publish to share

Expect behavior It's better to highlight the prompt to remind user to check the internet. image

Actual behavior Share project: Prompt doesn't highlight when offline 2
