V2 support for gator microphone extension

@microbit-mark the targetconfig format has changed. You need to make changes at two places for this.

Search for pxt-gator-microphone and make changes?

Reason is /beta and live support different formats. Once released we will remove support for live format and change to /beta. Is this possible?

@abchatra this branch was created by Mark in the microsoft/pxt-microbit repo and I don't think anybody else in the foundation has write access. Could you resolve this on your end?
