Describe the bug Microbit offline app : "Start both tutorials side-by-side" doesn't take effect in "Hot or Cold"

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Download Microbit offline app: https://makecode.com/api/release/microbit/v3.1.95/win64 2.Radio Games------>Hot or Cold------->Show Instructions 3.Click Start both tutorials side-by-side

Expect behavior It shows tutorials in multi editor

Actual behavior Microbit offline app : "Start both tutorials side-by-side" doesn't take effect in "Hot or Cold"
