Missing Project Settings Menu Item

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am frustrated that I cannot change project name after it is created.

Describe the solution you'd like Makecode Microbit has Project Settings menu item as first in the list. The most important function there is the mechanism to change the project name

Describe alternatives you've considered In the Download dialog there is an option to "save the link as ..." and at the same time to change the file name. At the moment, only the file name is changed, but not the project name. It would be desirable to keep the filename and project name connected together.
