undo and redo do not work wile the instruction/info planel is open

Describe the bug undo and redo do not work wile the instruction/info planel is open To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '"Make it move without wheels" project'
2. Drag out sommcode blocks
3. make sure to open the instruction panel in the right side
4. try undo and redo - see that they don't work
5. close the panel
6. Try ondo and redo - see that they do work

This is a good bug. When side panel is open zom\unzoom and undor\redo buttons don't work.
