The comment text size is too small on IE

Repro steps:

1. Navigate to https://makecode.chibitronics.com/beta
2. Scroll down to "Advanced" -> "Simple Color" -> "Open Example"
3. Observe the project comment

Expected result(Edge, Chrome&Firefox): The comment text size should be same as below picture

Actual result(IE): The comment text size is too small on IE
