Create sample checklists

Create some sample checklists for the top 10 tutorials/skillmaps.

I should create checklist for complicated scenarios. I don't think simple tutorial like flashing heart in micro:bit makes sense to me for this tool. I might be wrong. Good to ask teachers what kind of checklist they need before creating though.
