hidedone flag on tutorial confusing / makes extensibility hard in classroom environment

Describe the bug

A teacher posted on the forum that the done button was missing in tutorials. This was because a flag was set on the tutorial to hide the done button. Making issue as point for discussion on if this is good behavior / should we have a workaround / etc

We need to either update these tutorials which will cause extra buttons to pop up. Currently content author controls this. Or make a design change. Unsure about the right path.

Aside from the Intro tutorial, what other tutorials hide the Done button? In general, I'm in favor of always keeping it as a way to get out of tutorial mode. But maybe I'm not imagining a scenario where we would want to suppress it? Even in the Intro tutorial, I would think we want a Done button.
