Describe the bug The hint displays incompletely or not displayed sometimes in Chrome

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta. 2.Open tutorial, such like Multiplayer Tutorials->Arrow Battle->Blocks Start Tutorial. 3.Click hint of each step and observe.

Actual behavior: The hint display incompletely or not displayed sometimes.

Expected behavior: The hint display correctly.

Workaround: Change the browser size will resolve this issue temporarily.

Additional context: 1.OS: Windows 11 2.Browser: Chrome 3.arcade version: 1.13.55 4.Microsoft MakeCode version: 9.3.10.
