Describe the bug Assets editor in tutorial doesn't adapt size

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta. 2.Tutorial->Simple Extension-> Blocks Start Tutorial. 3.Drag set tilemap to block into on start. 4.Click the grey square to open editor and then observe.

Actual behavior: Editor doesn't adapt size that there is no palette page arrow to switch palette.

Expected behavior: There is palette page arrow.

This bug also reproduced in Multiplayer Tutorials->Pizza Party, shows incompletely color in Assets Editor.
