Describe the bug Rest All button in skillmap displays outside the settings menu in some languages

Steps to reproduce the behavior 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta and switch to Italian. 2.Open skillmap in beta version and click the Settings menu.

Actual behavior: Rest All button display outside the drop-down menu.

Expected behavior: Rest All button displays correctly.
