Describe the bug: 'Chase the Pizza': Mouse hover the image under content of step6 makes content interface jitter

Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta in Edge browser. 2.Tutorials->Chase the Pizza->Blocks Start Tutorial. 3.Go to step6, hover mouse on the image under content and observe.

Actual behavior: Mouse hover on the image makes content interface jitter.

Expected behavior: It won't jitter when mouse hover on the image.
