Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta. 2.Click Code Now under 'New! Share an animated snow globe greeting card' in banner. 3.Go to step9, compare the hint and the blocks of toolbox mentioned in content.

Actual behavior: The blocks in toolbox didn't same with the hint.

Expected behavior: The blocks should update that same with the hint.
