Describe the bug: 'Boss Rush': Switch to Block editor failed

Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta. 2.Community Games->Boss Rush->Open in Editor. 3.JavaScript/Python editor switch to Block editor.

Actual behavior: Switch to Block editor failed.

Expected behavior: Switch to Block editor successfully.

Additional context: 1.OS: Windows 11, iMac OS: Ventura 13.6.1 2.arcade version: 1.13.51 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 9.3.8 4.This bug only reproduced in Community Game->Boss Rush, not reproduced in Advanced Livestream->Boss Rush.
