menu dropdown in skillmap not sized correctly

Describe the bug Menu dropdown in skillmap in beta is not sizing correctly to account for high contrast button, the text goes off screen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta--skillmap
  2. Click on menu cogwheel
  3. See error

Expected behavior

should size correctly

  • OS windows
  • Browser chrome

additional context

works fine on live image which doesn't have the language button, so maybe check the change that added that in first

@abchatra This bug still reproduced in the latest Arcade version. Additional context: 1.OS: Windows 11 2.arcade version: 1.13.51 3.Microsoft MakeCode version: 9.3.8
