Skillmaps failing to load (Urgent)

In the last two days, 10 of our 21 feedback items have shown skillmaps not loading. This is a super-urgent issue, because if it happens to one of the reviewers from Code.org, we might not place at all this year.

Can someone take a look at the Usabilla tickets and exception logs to see if we can get this fixed ASAP?

I think I've figured it out.

I've been testing my extensions on my chrome browser for literally days (even updated chrome recently) and today I noticed that it was still on Arcade version 1.8.x, which was breaking things for me. Regular reloads weren't causing an update. I had to shift+refresh.

Is there a way to force browsers to update?

And even weirder…when I clicked "reload" from my project, it went back to 1.8.x even after using 1.10.x
