Describe the bug Arcade app: Downloading to hardware on windows arm

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Download new arcade app from: https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/makecode-arcade/9NWH29B68GTH
  2. Open the app
  3. Open a project and download it to hardware

Actual behavior It keeps downloading but can’t download successfully when I tried to download project to the hardware on windows arm

Expect behavior Download project to the hardware successfully

It doesn’t work on browser in windows arm either
