Describe the bug Simulator covered by shadows in Python/JS tutorial

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Navigate to https://arcade.makecode.com/beta#
  2. Tutorials---->Chase the Pizza---->JavaScript Start Tutorial

Actual behavior Simulator covered by shadows in Python/JS tutorial. And you need to click Play button at the beginning.

Expect behavior Simulator shows normally. And you don't need to click Play button at the beginning.

This is a regression

Bug is about double layout of simulator. It is expected that in manaco the simulator is stopped by default.
