Pathway to setting your own anigif in new share screen could use refining

This initially appeared to record for 2 min, then previewed as a 3 second loop of just the end of the recording. When I tried to replace it, I recorded and clicked "Apply", but the new recording didn't take. I suspect it's a delay thing…but we should let the user know that their animation isn't ready yet to avoid having the system appear broken.
