High Score interface

Noticed that people didn't really understand how to enter their initials into the High Score. Would be great to add some more instructions to this page, like "Use Up and Down on the joystick to scroll through the alphabet to select your initials. Use the Left and Right on the joystick to move spaces. Press button A when you're done to enter."

Also, the High Scores display on the main menu overlap the Microsoft, MakeCode Arcade logos and spill off the screen for the Arcade machine monitor resolutions (1024x768).

Also I noticed that moving between spaces left and right with the joystick to enter initials was very finicky - sometimes the cursor wouldn't move at all, and sometimes it would skip over a space.
