Copying and pasting broken

Copying and pasting will just teleport the selected region to the top left, instead of copying it.

arcade version: 1.8.22 Microsoft MakeCode version: 7.4.26

Tested and broken on both Chrome (99.0.4844.84 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable)) and Firefox (Version 99.0 (64-bit)) on Windows 10 Version 20H2 (Build 19042.1586).
