Tapping on the d pad in the simulator causes zoom to activate on ipad

If you mash on the d pad in the simulator (tested in the editor, not share page), then the page will zoom in slightly because of ios's smart zoom feature. I briefly tried a couple things to prevent this from happening, including adding touch-action: none to several different elements and calling precentDefault() on all touch events but neither of those worked.

I tested this in the ios 15 simulator
