Game Jam Overview page

Logging this so I don't forget... When we get a chance, it would be great to have an overview page for our Game Jams at https://arcade.makecode.com/gamejam. This page could contain information like:

  • What is a Game Jam?
  • How does it work?
  • Who can participate?
  • For Teachers/Parents - why it's a great way to engage students, tutorials/learning resources, how to run your own
  • Current Game Jam link, if no currently running Game Jam, when the next one will be
  • Previous Game Jam links or previous winning games
  • YouTube Game Jam related videos
  • Other?
