Tiny wizards failing to compile on meowbit

Describe the bug

Tiny wizards game is no longer compiling to hw; says program is too big by 2480 bytes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://arcade.makecode.com/74548-67333-76127-33508
  2. try to build for hw
  3. See error (sometime it seems to stall, but eventually produces an error)

Expected behavior

Should work, it worked at some point

Also need to give a better error to user in this case no matter what.
