Copy-pasting blocks should put blocks in user's view

Describe the bug When I copy a block and then paste it, the new block is placed close to the original block. I think it should be placed relative to where the user currently is in the workspace instead. If you want to copy a block to far away, currently you have to drag the block over and alternate between dragging the workspace, which is hard

Keeping the original block in view, it gets pasted under the original: image
