Position picker covers block input when opened at bottom of screen

Describe the bug

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Drag out a set position block
2. Move to the bottom of the workspace
3. Click on the x input
4. Position picker covers block so you are unable to manually enter a position

Expected behavior Position picker should appear above/below block based on workspace position
