Simulator needs a long time to refresh on IE

Repro steps: • Navigate to https://makecode.adafruit.com/beta#editor • Drag block "show ring" and put it under block "forever" • Try to change the color of pixels and observe the simulator

Expect result:(Edge, Chrome, Firefox) After changing the color of pixels, simulator should refresh together 4

Actual result:(IE) After changing the color od pixels, simulator need a long time to refresh on IE 2
