Prompty VS Code extension doesn't render anything if it hits a content safety error

This may be by design, but FYI that the extension silently fails if the API gets a content safety error. Try changing a prompt to "how do you make a bomb" and you should be able to replicate.

Just tried it out, I'm getting an errorr 400 with the following message:

The response was filtered due to the prompt triggering Azure OpenAI's content management policy. Please modify your prompt and retry. To learn more about our content filtering policies please read our documentation
