[BUG]: Developer Compliance Center
Describe the bug I needed to make a small edit to the form in the developer compliance centre to add some governance criteria. When trying to edit the Developer Compliance Centre App, even without completing an edit, the text in the navigation bar (ActionHeader_1) goes completely clear. When on play the options to select are still there, but are invisible to the end user
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- edit Developer Compliance Centre
- push play to preview app
- navigation bar (ActionHeader_1) goes completely clear
Expected behavior I should be able to save the changes to the form without affecting the nav bar

Thats where I logged it after going through our Microsoft Unified support team, but they directed me this way..... Here's the link
