[BUG]: Detail list resets to page 1 when expand icon is clicked

Describe the bug While utilizing paging in a detail list with an added expand icon in the 'columnItems' property, an issue occurs. When you navigate to page 2 and click on the expand icon, it unexpectedly redirects you to page 1. Upon returning to page 2, you will see the expanded row, which is unintended behavior.

Cause This issue is caused by the expansion of a tuple triggering a Patch operation in the onChange event, which resets the collection, leading to the page redirection.

To Reproduce To replicate the issue, follow these steps: Launch a new app and import Fluent UI detail list. Implement paging and add an expand column as described in the Creator Kit documentation. Click on the "Next page" icon to go to page 2. Click on the expand icon within the detail list. Observe the error: You are redirected to the first page, requiring you to navigate back to your desired page to view the expanded row.

Expected behavior The expected behavior is that when you click on the expand icon, you should remain on the same page, and the row should expand without triggering a page redirection.
