[BUG]: Nav "Jumps" after onChange of 2nd Item of Page

Describe the bug I have two screens:

Overview Overview_All

They both contain the same Nav component. When I click on the "overview all" item within the Overview Screen - it works as expected, when I click on the "overview" item within the Overview All Screen, the page starts loading Overview, the nav expands and then immediatly jumps back to the Overview All Screen. But then it immediatly tries to jump back to the Overview Screen. And on and on and on...

Expected behavior After clicking on the "overview" item I want to see the Overview Screen.
