[BUG]: Panel sets Content Y and Height to minus numbers so the content is displayed off screen

Describe the bug We have a panel that gets shown / hidden multiple times on the same screen - the visibility is controlled via a boolean "showPanel" and the X/Y/Height/Width of the content layout container are all set to panel.Content*

The first time showPanel is set to true, everything is displayed correctly. Anytime after showPanel is set to true, the Content Y and Content Height are set to numbers that display the content layout container off the screen

PS: If I remove the subtitle from the panel, the Content Y / Height work every time.
