[Enhancement] Enable install on Visual Studio Code for the Windows ARM

I am in the process of setting up a new dev laptop (Surface Laptop 7 13.8in CoPilot Snapdragon X) and have found that I cannot install the POML extension in VS Code due to being on an ARM chip.

It would be great to enable this extension for more processor types is possible!
