[Feature]: support 'outputRoot'
🚀 Feature Request
When outputRoot is set, all artifacts, such as test-results and playwright-report should go to outputRoot, and commands like playwright show-report should look under outputRoot.

@ianzone Did you try to set outputDir to outputRoot/test-results and html's outputFolder to outputRoot/playwright-report separately? If you try that, does everything work as you'd like? If not, please explain in details.
