[Feature]: Publish playwright into JSR

🚀 Feature Request

https://jsr.io/ JSR is a package registry that arrives to take javascript forward in regards to having native typescript supported and various runtimes (node, deno, bun) all in one; as Deno and Bun already support Playwright, it would be a good idea to publish Playwright also to JSR.

JSR was developed by the same people who created the NodeJS and NPM registry.
