playwright [Feature] Provide particular `step: TestStep` object to `onStdErr` and `onStdOut` Reporter methods

When implementing a custom reporter, I want to associate certain messages and errors with Playwright's test.step at runtime. Therefore, I expect to use the step: TestStep argument in the onStdErr and onStdOut methods to achieve that.
