Fix or remove /DumpHeap qualifer

The /DumpHeap qualifier will take a heap dump on stop, however it seems to only work with the GUI. This does not seem useful since the value presumably is in the unattended case.

Either fix this so that the unattended case works or remove the option

No work has been done on this. I am surprised that it only works in the GUI. Is this something that you're experiencing?
