job failed with exit code -1203

We notice some job is failed with exit code -1203 Some related error logs:

error while creating mount source path '/var/lib/kubelet/pods/...: file exists

And for docker daemon, the error is:

error while creating mount source path

We found some k8s related issue: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/87491

Not sure if it's a k8s bug or CSI driver bug, need to investigate
