Support for Reproducible Builds and MRTD Measurement Reproduction in Azure TDX VMs

I'm working on building openvmm_hcl locally and need to retrieve measurements that match the MRTD of the TDX quote I get from the vTPM while running a TDX VM on Azure.

Questions:

• Does openvmm_hcl support reproducible builds?
• If so, how can I reproduce the measurements that openvmm_hcl stores in the TDX quote MRTD value?

Great questions. Reproducible build support is something that we're beginning to investigate but it is not currently supported.
