How to run OpenVMM on Linux Host OS using MSHV API ?

Hello,

I would like to test OpenVMM on a Linux Host OS, x64 running MSHV (Microsoft Hypervisor) according to https://openvmm.dev/guide/user_guide/openvmm.html.

How can I install MSHV on my Linux Host OS ?

I can use Azure Linux 3.0 as the host OS, but how to setup the Microsoft Hypervisor ?
