Add a TDX test for 1.5 ENUM_TOPOLOGY sizes

Test 1.5 ENUM_TOPOLOGY support. Requires updating TDX pool, and onboard a test with multiple numa nodes and a non power of 2 CPU count (like 3, 7, etc).
