Hi team,

I use Windows ARM64 & X64 to do CLIP Image Encoder, there're different results. What is the reason? Please help share your answer to me.

ARM64 first three vector values: -0.745925, 0.686994, 0.880279 X64 first three vector values: -0.845407, 0.618772, 0.948879
